FINISHING AND LAPPING
At PLACEBO, gear finishing is performed using advanced grinding machines, followed by lapping with specialized compounds on PLC-controlled Gleason machines with SPC (Swing Pinion Cone) action. This ensures smooth surfaces and noise-free operation.
Every gear is thoroughly inspected for tooth spacing, contact pattern, noise, and backlash using Gleason Testers and other precision tools. From raw material to packaging, we follow strict quality checks at every stage.
